Orbit is a revolving wall set on a central pivot that explores qualities of light, space and motion. A generic plasterboard wall, other than it moves. Motion undermines the architecture seeking an idea of vertigo. The room becomes a machine.

Simon Terrill began working in the theatre as co founder of Snuff Puppets, studied and exhibited sculpture and installations and has more recently been working with video and photography. Currently he is working on a series of crowd scene photographs in various locations around Melbourne, lecturing at the Centre for Ideas, VCA, and undertaking a Masters by Research at the VCA.
