Goodnight, sleep tight, I love you is an installation
consisting of drawings, sculpture, photography, text and various objects
that explores the artist's life. Within this exhibition the viewer
enters the artist's subconscious where she explores issues of the
self and looks beyond to those around her. Through reflection and prayer
she acknowledges those she loves, those she had loved and those she lost.
She invites the viewer to explore and reflect upon the experiences and
the implications that make up life. Kathryn Bowden is an emerging artist who has spent the last six years exhibiting both in solo and group exhibitions. Her work has travelled and been exhibited throughout Victoria, New South Wales and England. Her work has featured in various exhibitions and competitions in both Regional and Commercial Galleries and is a part of many private collections. |
