Since January 2007 Charles O'Loughlin has been documenting his life, the places he visits and the people he speaks with. This information is collated and processed; identities are lost; people are reduced to numbers, coloured lines on paper.

We are all impermanent and insignificant.

Charles O'Loughlin completed a Bachelor of Fine Art (Painting) at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2002 and a Bachelor of Fine Art (Honours) at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2007. He lives and works in Melbourne.
