Lisa Radford and Kati Rule
18 Oct → 16 Nov 2013

The Bonnard Marguerite Duras mentions belongs to our family. Marguerite D. mentionend my wife Mania, président of the Alliance française of Berne, whom she met several times, and where she had a conférence.

The painting is called “Promenade en mer” and shows my grand'parents, their dog and my aunt on a fishermen’s saling boat in the blue sea near Cannes, dated ca. 1930.

The painting does not belong to us but was at this time in our home.

Yours sincerely,

Bernhard Hahnloser
