“Border Crossings”

Border Crossings is a series of durational performances engaging with ideas around cultural heritage and Diaspora. Each day the artist presented a new durational work, which tested endurance, pain and stamina. From repetitively washing white sheets to being bathed in beetroot juice, the works recycled iconic social and cultural archetypes creating emotional exchanges between the audience and the artist.
