“Accelerando”

Accelerando is a collection of short fast paced moving image works created by artists participating in our residency and exhibition program in 2005. Raw Space offers a new media group residency program. Each month 4 artists, 1 x international & 3 x national, come to Brisbane to live and work in our studios for a period of 4 weeks.

The works explore the compression of pace, rhythm, time, age and space.

The artists include – Sheena Macrae (London),Alison Ward (New York), Scott Morrison (Canberra) Izabella Pluta (Newcastle), Nassiem Valamanesh (Melbourne) and Jason Lam (Sydney).
